I create each of my hats with tender loving care. Each hat is carefully covered with material piece by piece then lovingly embellished with various items as if a picture is being painted or a story being told. When each hat is completed, it is numbered then signed with my artist alias "Babs LaRue" making each hat a unique collectors item as well as a piece of wearable art. I also take custom orders.

"Brocade Flapper" This is a flapper style hat covered with a gold and black shiny brocade material. It is accented with a black feather plume as well as additional black feathers, gold embellishments and a gold beaded applique. It is split up the back to fit any size head and is an exquisite addition to anyone's hat collection. As always with Bab's hats, it is signed and numbered to make it a collectors item. This hat would make any dancer, model or hat collector feel quite uptown and sassy.
