I create each of my hats with tender loving care. Each hat is carefully covered with material piece by piece then lovingly embellished with various items as if a picture is being painted or a story being told. When each hat is completed, it is numbered then signed with my artist alias "Babs LaRue" making each hat a unique collectors item as well as a piece of wearable art. I also take custom orders.

Fancy Feathers is a pillbox hat covered in black satin. It's an elegant piece that fits snug on top of the head, can be titlted if desired. It is accented with a plethora of brown and black feathers, copper and black braid border the edge. A black and copper jewelry piece is set at the base of the feathers to give it a rich look. This hat is a must for any collector and will catch the eyes of "bird watchers" everywhere! As with all my hats, it is signed and numbered by the creator, "Babs LaRue".
